Free trial
New accounts start with a free trial (currently 30 days), no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial and you can stop at any time at no cost.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the menu is paused (QR codes and links stop working) until you subscribe again. We do not delete your data on cancellation.
EU right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that begin immediately at your request, you agree the service starts right away and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully provided. Business customers (B2B) may not benefit from the consumer withdrawal right.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed per period. We generally do not refund partial or unused periods, except where required by law or where we decide to at our discretion (for example, a significant service failure on our side).
