Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the service as a restaurant/business customer ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.

2. The service

Menutok provides a QR digital-menu platform: diners scan a code to browse your menu and send orders to your staff. Features vary by plan (Starter, Pro, Business).

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, free trial & billing

• Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.
• New accounts include a free trial as indicated at sign-up (currently 30 days), no card required.
• If the trial ends without an active paid subscription, the menu is paused — the QR codes and links stop working until you subscribe. Your data is kept.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
• Taxes (e.g. VAT/IVA) are applied as legally required.

5. Your content

Menus, photos, videos and other content you upload remain yours. You grant us a licence to host, process and display them solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content — including allergen information, which is a legal obligation for food businesses (EU Reg. 1169/2011).

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We may perform maintenance or update features.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
